Description About the violin This French 3/4 sized violin is one of the rare small sized instruments that are fully comparable to 4/4 instruments due to their exceptionally strong sound, approx. 1910 in the Mirecourt of French Violin Making Town. The 3/4 violin was made on a French styled, wide and flat Stradivari model.The well selected fine-quality maple has very attractive narrow flames. Modest traces of use on the shiny, transparent golden-redbrown varnish with beautiful antique toches suit an instrument of this age, and they indicate that the violin was played with great enjoyment but treated very carefully. How does it sound? This violin works well! It offers a good dynamic range and is easy to play.
